The watch arrived and it could not be paired, already had someones data in it despite being sealed and there was no way to reset to factory. Case was lightweight and screen fairly dim. They made me aware that the watch was not genuine. Looking more into it, the device had a real serial number downloaded but no serial number marked on the casing like a real one. The charger wasn’t a USB A which isn’t correct. Seller communication was terrible and refund took way too long. BE AWARE OF THIS “whole seller”!!!
