Great seller. Packed well and shipped quickly. Unfortunately, one of them died while shipping as it took more than expected - not seller's fault. It took 12 days for USPS to deliver from East Coast to West Coast. Next time, I will ask expedited shipping as I live far away.

I'm always reluctant to buy live plants through the mail - as they occasionally get caught up somewhere. That happened with this plant, it shipped quickly but for days it hovered in postal limbo before showing up on my doorstep today. I was (pleasantly) surprised that the ginger seems to be unharmed by being in a box for about a week, in July. The roots were even still moist. Would buy again.

Dear Customer, Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We're very glad to hear the ginger arrived safely—even after 10 days in transit during July—and that it was still in good condition. We always do our best to pack the plants securely and keep the roots moist to help them handle delays, but it’s great to hear that it worked well in your case. We truly appreciate your support and would be happy to serve you again anytime! Best regards,

Well to start with, it came in the cutest little build-a-box. Plants were taped to the inside so they wouldn't rattle around. Roots were wrapped in plastic wrap around a wet paper towel! Arrived in great shape (even still nice and green). Thanks for the extra care.
