With no tracking number & not hearing from the seller I sent a message Apr 7th then again on April 9th Finally the 16th they responded & claimed the account was on holiday mode and asked if I still wanted it, I said yes. Apr 18th I was informed a label was printed but the PO hadn't received the package. On the 24th they blamed the PO. May 5th I asked to cancel the transaction and to get my money back. Still no response.
