WHO ships something and doesn't give you a heads up it is coming or a tracking number to make plans for its arrival? The items came one at a time because supposedly the second hose reel was damaged but a couple of weeks later one showed up in perfect condition. The first had a minor hiccup but that was not the sellers fault and being handy it's ok
