      Good- big pills, large serving, space them out

      I have noticed difference in complexion and hair strength/length- 28 so @ the pt. I need to take care of my body better than I have in my 20s. I actually bought this, bcuz was hit by car while jogging back in DEC. and leg had to receive intense surgery to repair. Slowly healing and wanted something to help with process & also help eliminate some of the pain I have in hip and knee due to the incident/surgery. Too hard to tell yet, if it’s decreased pain. Haven’t noticed my soreness going away faster after physical therapy or in general. But haven’t had it long so still reserving hope. Also, it will make your stomach hurt, even if u eat. It advises 6 pills a day (they’re horse sized). I don’t get sick if I take 2 at a time thru out Day- make sure to eat first!- I generally only take 4 each ...

      its lightweight and it works

      This product does work. I started taking the Collagen 1 2 & 3 as soon as I got it. The reason why I chose this product is because a neighbor told me about. I have Osteoarithritis in both knees and I don't have much cartilage left in my knees. I know that it will take time for the cartilage to grow back and I am already able to walk without any pain. I would highly recommend this product.
