    Ultimately, the phone is great. Just what I wanted. Easy, breezy transaction. Took away one star because item was listed in New condition, which eBay defines as just like you would get it from the original retailer. Phone arrived w/out shrink wrap and security tape was missing. It was clear to me that the phone box had been opened, which was not explicitly stated in the listing. After looking up the serial number w/ Apple and the IMEI, I'm confident the phone is as otherwise described.
