        One of the most worn watches in my collection.

        In my opinion, the 62MAS is the best diver design in the history of dive watches. I would love to pick up an SLA one day. But for now, the SPB143 is absolutely phenomenal. Just to get the negatives out of the way: the bracelet is not very good for $1000. It’s well built and all, nice mid-links, but the end links are very poorly fit and the top part of the clasp is clearly pressed. I wish they would invest a little more into end links and clasps on these higher end seikos. And I also wish the finishing was a little sharper. Think Hamilton finishing. Still phenomenal though and I wear this watch at least 2-3 times a week. The balance of the dial is perfect, the date wheel is wonderfully placed to keep the dial symmetrical, the size is perfect, and it’s absolutely a strap monster. Well ...

        My first watch at this price range. Had it for a few weeks now and no regrets. Don't have anything else to compare it to but I feel like I made the right choice with this one. Hope I will get a lot of use out of it!
