The curling station doesn't work at all and horribly designed. The chest flies don't work either for me. It's almost like this thing was build for a little kid or a tiny man. I'm not even that big so if you're 6ft don't waste your money. I'm getting the bar welded just so it works for me. I would not recommend anyone buying this unless it was for a kid around 12 or nothing will work for them.
