Packaging was ok but could have used some bubble wrap because the doll box had a crack from shipping and she was ment to be a in box doll and i had to use tape to hopefully keep the crack from getting worse. The value and price was fair and honest and the seller was quick to answer any questions I had. The overall experience was pleasant and im still happy with my purchase. :)
