The seller told me: "This bike was purchased ridden and now sold to you, the front forks are not to close to pedal arms, you have to assemble the bike correctly." The front wheel is 2mm away from the angled bar (the bar from the handlebars to the crank pedals). As you turn the wheel your toes will hit the wheel. He also stated: "Mark it is called overlap and it is normal with older road bikes. Please do your research before buying a vintage road bike." I own a 1980 Matsuri, BS, NOT HAPPY!!!!
