    Good light protection

    The instructions are somewhat confusing. I had more time installing the skid plate. Then I would have liked. Looks like the skid plate will address my concerns of gravel road muddy conditions. I was concerned after looking at my oil filter.

    Givi RP3101

    Fits well and improved the unfinished look of the front engine area on the v strom. Not a true bash plate for true off road but stout enough for some protection. Happy with purchase. Install easy if you have basic skills .

    Great value. Good quality.

    Came quickly. Skid plate very good quality aluminium. Instructions a little confusing. Not hard to figure out how to install though with or without instructions. Fits well into factory mounting holes. Looks like it will hold up well!

    Nice lightweight shield for the oil filter.

    Instructions weren't very clear, but once I figured out what was going on, it installed easily enough on my 2013. It looks good and hopefully will provide a little protection for the oil filter.
