Neither have I talked to the seller at all but looking at the benchmarks the seller posted the gpu should work as intended. Additionally, it was packed well, the seller even secured the gpu using tape to the inside packaging. Tldr: looks good, packed well, got it for 300 dollars so solid value. But i never contacted seller so I can’t comment on that :3
