I didn't know we had to measure our canvases now! I didn't know how to fix the problem until I happened to come across the Wiltshire Ash frame, which had two levels to insert my canvas!!!! Worked perfectly! (Word of advice-take a tape measure with you to measure your canvas's' as I found more in my stash that were too small!)

Well, the seller issued me a refund when i contacted them which was too kind, i would have been ok with an explanation. They said they'll make the listing more clear. Great customer service and I do like the frame very much.
