We got in touch with vendor and, though reply was quick and courteous, we weren't offered the opportunity to return it, to replace it by a similar item, or to get any credit; nor could vendor help us to solve the issue. Thus, we would humbly suggest caution, whenever buying this kind of costly electronic equipment.
