    It is exactly as described. Recommend seller. It's a fake Septodont DentaPen. I am a hygienist with small hands & this is very comfortable and lightweight. To use correctly, hold it like a pen. My patients love the music as it helps distract them. Also, they said that the overall area is smaller but the area I am working on is numb and they have no pain. I enjoy that it tells me exactly how much anesthetic is used, it is easy to set up and break down. I wipe it down with Cavicide wipes.
