    Simple to use; Simple to Install

    This is one of those times when simpler is better. There's not much to it: it's a woven satchel with two snap closures on the two longer sides. You put in a plastic bag (like a grocery produce bag) and hold it in place with the snaps. The true test is whether or not the bag holds as you fling your 2-year-old's trash over your shoulder in a moving car. So far so good. The bag has been holding, and it's easy to remove. The satchel itself is held in place by a strap you can cinch tighter or looser. It works best when tight. I have it held under the lid of the center-console. My criticism is that the cinching strap is mounted on a corner, not in the center of any side. This means it hangs at a bit of an angle. Not a big deal, but an odd design. There's no reason the satchel won't work well ...

    Good quality without a trash bag in it
