They looked new out of the box not OEM, but at this point that's hard to find. Good value since these were the only ones I found that stated they are specifically for the older model NTR001 DS.

I initially requested an exchange and messaged the seller, but since I didn’t hear back right away, I went ahead and initiated a return. The seller processed the refund smoothly, which I appreciated. And the listing said "new," so I was surprised by the condition; it may be due to long-term storage, but it's something to be aware of.
