When I received the figure, it arrived in a packaging envelope and didn’t have a box. Figure’s sword was also bent. I contacted seller for refund. Was told to send item back for refund and did so. Tracking number says seller received returned item 3 weeks ago but I still haven’t gotten a refund. I contacted seller about it a few days ago but got no response. Would not buy from again.
