I purchased a figure where the seller claimed the box was “Figure is new and unopened and the box is in great shape!”. In receiving my item the packaging was great so i know this wasnt a mailing issue but the box of the item i ordered had a huge slice on the front of it. I could even stick my thumb into the box. The box was not in “great” condition. Advice get pictures from seller before hand.Reply from: comicchixs- Feedback replied by seller comicchixs.- Feedback replied by seller comicchixs.Buyer contacted us saying that they received a damaged item but would not send pics of the damage. We apologized that they received a damaged item (even though we didn't get pics) and we gave them a free return label after they started the returns process. They canceled the return thru Ebay so I guess they are now not returning the item(?). Not sure why the customer left negative feedback and canceled the free return. Bad Ebay buyer etiquette. Blocked.
