The neck is straight and the intonation is spot on, but the action was set high enough to play lap style. This was a pretty easy fix, merely file down the bottom of the saddle, and a a little buffer under the edge of the tailpiece to eliminate the “chatter” that is common in these types of instruments. If you want a 12 string Dobro, you not likely find better for similar prices.
