If I let it sit for a few minutes, the seeds absorb liquid, and keep absorbing it. So I don’t wait too long. If I did I’d have yogurt paste! Mainly in use chia seeds for the fiber, and it works great for that. Zero taste, and the added texture is actually nice. You have to be kinda careful though. They cling to stuff. I fill an old spice jar with a shaker top.

Le escribi la sotuacion de como econtre los articulos cuando llego el paquete y abri la caja las fundas estaban rotas y las semillas de chias se habian perdido por toda la caja , le envie las fotos al vendedor para ver que se puede hacer . Porque fueron muchas las semillas regadas por toda la caja que encontre cuando la abri!!! De hecho la representante del correo asi la marco como VISIBLE DAMAGE!!!
