I had calcium and lime on the insides of my kettles! I've been using the tower for just over a month. No buildup on my kettles! And you can see the difference: clear! And taste it: no hint of bleach! (or arsenic, come on...) I got the filters BB9-2 & PF-2, standard and flouride/arsenic filters. Brand new, sealed in plastic, & decent price! Will buy again!
