    The description claimed this blouse was in EXCELLENT condition! I received the blouse today and the first thing I noticed was an obvious splatter stain on the front just below the right breast pocket. I am so very disappointed in this seller who also does not accept refunds. How could he not have seen that and pointed it out in his description?

    Imagine how disappointed I am myself when the picture clearly shows no such spatter stains (check for yourself). But regardless, I DO accept refunds, always have and would love to have given this customer an opportunity to communicate with me and I would have givMyen a refund upon return of the item if ONLY they had contacted me first before sending negative feedback. Oh well, some people are very obtuse. Must be a very unhappy person.
