The seller(s) told me that these iPods were originally reproduced by APPLE as a judge had ruled that the original production of the nano had a battery danger (exploding?) and thus APPLE had to send those customers new iPod nanos. These were from that production batch supposedly. No scuffs.No damage. Arrived a day early! Using an iPod such as this for dedicated music storage/playback is so nostalgic, easy, and fun.
