- o***l (2240)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseItem arrived in a plastic bag with about a 6 inch by 6 inch piece of the box left. It was missing one of the steering arms... Called for replacement of missing arm but got no offer of replacement. The steering wheel nut was partially stripped but I chased it with a die and fixed it. I was able to use a steering arms off of the old box, so all worked out well. So be cautious and inspect well before shipper leaves. Overall steering box appears to be working ok.

Also the shipping was delayed because the spindle was sent in the wrong package resulting in postage due in the amount of $21.60 which the seller told me I would be reimbursed for. Otherwise I’m satisfied with the quality and price. I’ll be buying more mower parts from this company.
