    I ordered and realized a month later I never got my item and on Ebay it appeared as though this seller never shipped it. I messaged them and got a refund but poor communication and I never hit the item i paid for. If I didn't remember I would have been ripped off.

    Your item was shipped and I had messaged you about it shipping. Once items are shipped I don't have any reason to communicate unless the buyer has an issue. It is not my fault that your package ended up wherever and you didn't notice for a month. I immediately refunded your money when I got your message. As a buyer it is your responsibility to let me know if there is an issue after the item is shipped-which I messaged you and told you what day your item was shipping.
