    Winsor and Newton Cotman watercolors are great!

    I already had a set of Winsor and Newton Cotman watercolors which contained 14 half pans. I bought this set because it has additional colors not in my other set, so less mixing for me. These are beautiful watercolors, affordable and easy to work with. I am an amateur hobbiest and I really like the small size of these sets so they can go with me anywhere. A water brush is included, but I have not tried it, I generally take a few brushes and other supplies along with me in an Artbin satchel.

    Great with one flaw

    Love the paints but as in all WN Cotman watercolor sets, the paint inside of the pans and the pans themselves come out and it’s a problem if you drop it. Can’t imagine buying the large set and have that happen so as a result I ended up purchasing the White Nights large set.

    Great features.

    The item is really good, of high quality. It looks like everything is new. It has a brush in it as well. The shipping was fast. I tried to use it when sketching outside in a park, it was a great experience because it was convenient. The price is fantaistic.

    Good colors

    Palette has 6 mixing wells which is good for this size and water does not bead up like some do. Nice color selection. Downright decent set!

    Good portable watercolor set for the price, but the brush that came with it is a little disappointing. Just use your own brushes. But good overall.
