It doesn't have visible lights, except for the call button, so the night vision is black and white. The call button doesn't call your phone, it goes through the app that's on the phone. The Alexa account link might work, but it is not so easily done. The camera does not follow a target, rather the software follows. The setup requires an account, and so an internet connection is needed. WPA2 not WPA3 compatible; setup.
