    The item itself was great, still in original packaging. The price was fair in comparison to others that I looked at as well. Shipping was quick too. My ONLY issue is that my box was literally packed using trash and items w/private info. It had people's names/address , items shipped, used burger king bags.....that's really not a very good first impression. I understand reusing shipping paper, newspaper, and things like that, but not trash and personal info.

    Step above a basic phone

    My daughter and I have used Brightsides for last several years. We wanted the slide out keyboard feature which is getting impossible to find on new phones. Internet access sometimes is slow and the camera is not the best, BUT, if you want a phone a step above basic this phone is great. If you use your phone for calling, texting, and light internet use, this phone is great for the price. I have had same phone for 3 years and purchased new one for a backup while I could still find one.

    Samsung SoSo

    I like the value for the $$$ BUT Samsung software is the pits! It comes with limited ringtones, NO built-in smiley icons (like my old one) and poorly located buttons on the case. On the UP side it is bigger and has a better keyboard for my "fat" fingers which are almost useless on the touch screen which is sometimes too sensitive and other times not sensitive enough!. A stylus will not work on the touch screen at all. Sound is clear and the phone basically works just great for being such an inexpensive instrument. I got what I paid for and it is ok but NOT the best. R Gale

    Overall very good phone

    very well designed and responsive phone with good reception, very nice keypad, easy to operate. its a perfect phone for someone who needs a good phone for talk and text with some other basic features. What I found most annoying is the following 2; 1-You cannot edit a contact from the calling history list, you need to go into Contacts to edit. 2-Calendar reminders cannot be postponed or snoozed.

    Small, better than I hoped for

    I purchased this phone to replace my old LG slider. I have been looking for a phone with messaging capabilities, but not needing a data plan. I have been using this phone for about a week and have been very impressed. I like that I can change the menu icons and reorder them. The touch screen is very responsive. The keyboard is less sensitive than my last phone, but that will just take some getting used to. I don't care for the ringtones, but it is easy enough to get new ones. So far very happy.

    Great Phones For Us!!!

    We purchased two of these phones last year. As seniors we were looking for phones that we can talk and text. They are a nice size and fit nicely in our hands, pockets, my wife's purse, shorts or pants and my fanny pack. Internet/data is available with these phones but we don't require or use these features. We purchased these 2 phones at a price on Ebay that we could not have purchased from our cell phone company.
