They sent me a replacement in less than 48 hours! Unit looked brand new and sound was perfect. The boxes arrived very well packaged and protected. The delivery company beat up one of the boxes pretty bad but the seller protects the equipment extremely well and everything was intact. I highly recommend this seller and will be buying again!!!!
