    I'm sure this item is as described and the seller has good intentions. But Its been over a week and it hasn't arrived. Would have liked to have a choice to have it shipped by USPS even at extra cost. But my experience with UPS is that they are slow, slow slow. And since I'm not a commercial site, UPS will give home delivery lowest priority. Yuck!

    Hello This shipped all the way to Washington State Via UPS which is actually faster than USPS Ground Advantage. We did not ship it via Air service as the cost would be more than the cost of the item itself. Transit time is 5 Business days to WA.

    Dry thermal paste, otherwise good.

    Good item, a problem with thermal paste drying up. They have been is storage for so long that the paste is useless. I had to reapply some for proper function.
