It was packed so well with lots of care! My mom’s ceramic Santa didn’t make it through UPS which is why I sought this one out. It’s not exactly the same mold but very close. I’m very happy with it. I didn’t require any contact with the seller. The item was packed and shipped very quickly and if not for that storm, I would have received it in a matter of days.
