    The visor was filthy. Completely covered...

    The visor was filthy. Completely covered in stains that we had to scrub off. On top of that, they made it really difficult to install because of a particular component they tore off that we needed. We were able to manage both issues but could have been delivered in much better condition. What we received was not what was pictured.
