    This "new but opened" Epson PP-100III Disc Producer printer was an excellent purchase for us. It's a heavy machine but it was packed very well for shipping and it arrived in perfect shape. We did have one small issue: it was listed as "comes with all the necessary accessories" but it turned out that a cable and several ink cartridges were missing, probably lost in the shuffle of repackaging.
