Had the same issue with 2 of the cheap china carbs, would not rev. No amount of tuning or jet changes worked. The Niche carb seems to be perfect with minor tuning, idle and pilot screw. I've come to trust Niche parts from cylinders and pistons to ball joints. This is the first carb I've tried, so far I'm really happy with it.
