They said they scan everything before shipment and did not process return because they thought I was sending back another seller's scrub top. Scrub top had tickets on it and they did not refund. I had to get Ebay to resolve this issue. Switched tags with a different item and used ebay's guarantee for a refund. Due to increase of similar occurrences, our items are scanned and marked. Reported buyer to ebay and blocked user. Also, name and address has been recorded in the event buyer tries another user id. ebay needs to be more diligent in removing repeat offenders. We have and will rectify our mistakes once confirmed.
