The phone, however, had poor multi-point touch sensitivity, no True Tone feature, and had a hard time connecting to CarPlay. The screen issues are from the screen being replaced without the data being transferred from the old screen. Be aware this might be an issue if you buy this refurbished phone. Some time wasted—I ended up going to Apple and just buying the same phone new from them.
