I found that finger tightening the connections until put together, and then tightening really helped. Perhaps the seller or manufacturer might want to include that in their assembly instructions. After assembly the chairs are comfortable and sturdy. I used upholstery protecting spray since cushion color is so light. All-in-all, these chairs are awesome for the price.

So have only removed the umbrella from the box, set up stand and it's laying on my outside table not put together. I don't blame the seller. I guess I should have read the description better. It appears to be good quality and believe it will be nice once it gets put up!
