Received as described - a (red) Schuco L322 fire track, unopened sealed box (box had a single tear though). Packaging was good using a carton that was significanly larger than model's box on each side. Alas, a few parts have fell off the model during transport (pictured) - certainly a delivery fault, but I think this could have been avoided by putting in more bubble paper.
