    Although the seller refunded me swiftly after I sent it back, the packaging on the item looked shoddy so wouldn't buy from them again.

    The buyer requested a return and refund stating that they “just didn’t like it” as well as stating “it’s poor quality”. Refund was sent as soon as the item was returned which they correctly state, adding that the packaging on item looked shoddy is hardly a fair point. The item was in it’s original manufacturers packaging, I have no control over the quality of their packing materials. I used a padded envelope, it’s condition would be due to Royal Mail once posted, not me

    This is a nice model that the seller was offering for sale at a cheap price. Fast dispatch meant the model was received only three days after purchase and well before the estimated delivery date, which is superb service (especially as it was the week before Christmas). The model was well packaged and arrived undamaged. This is a top seller who provides a five star service. Highly recommended.
