    The laptop kept shutting off saying it had a low battery. Seller quickly refunded my money after return. He said it worked fine, but no it didn't he had replace battery also I'm sure he thought it needed a battery. When you turned it back on the battery was fine. There is a forum on Dell with people having the same problem.
