    Works with the accuracy level that I needed.

    Easy to use. Appears accurate. Negatives: 1. The calibrating buffers were out of date, so this was unused, but not new! 2. I was under the impression that it didn't need regular calibration, which it does. Works for determining if the pH of food products is acidic enough to safely hot water bath instead of pressure canning.
