    Seller was quick to ship the item and to reply to messages. Unfortunately, it was shipped internationally in a thin foam padded envelope without any other protection. Described as Like New, it wasn’t in that condition when it arrived. More accurately, it was in Very Good condition. Either dents and worn areas on the dvd box were overlooked or it received damage during shipping. Seller was defensive in correspondence about the condition and the description in the listing.
