      Useful and Convenient Module

      These cheap and versatile modules are an easy solution to providing local voltages. Set your required output and drop it in, couldn't be simpler. The 3A rating is wishful thinking, probably lifted from the Absolute Maximums section of the datasheet of the chip, diode or inductor without a thought to actual application, how hot it would get etc, but stick to sensible current demands and they work great.

      The best "Buck" for the bang!

      Very good buck converters to use for power in your projects. They run cool with not a lot of ripple on the output and they deliver a lot of power for an inexpensive module. I try and keep a few on hand for my next project.

      Actual size is as described but it was smaller than I thought. Then soldering In/Out may needs a little bit skill. Price is incredibly low.
