      Pectin

      Product not as pictured, brand is "MCP" ("from the makers of Sure Jell"). Seems like it might be the same product, I'm not sure what the difference is. Also came with some kind of Amazon packing. Was this bought from someone from Amazon then turned around on eBay? Why the white labels added over the bar codes of the 8 boxes? Not sure. Otherwise, should be OK

      Very good product - makes pefect jam.

      Reliable product.

      After several "failures" with other pectin brands, this one gave positive results with the first batch of strawberry jam. The jelling action took a bit longer to complete, but after a night in the frig the product was better than what is being offered commercially locally.....lots of berries and no high fructose!
