The seller says they take returns but you have to send it back to the manufacturer and not where it was shipped to me in the US, It was manufactured in CHINA and the return shipping is on the buyer. The shipping to CHINA and not NE where it came from was more than the item cost itself, so I'm forced to keep it or I will take a loss by paying the S/H which is more than the value of the item.
