I was a little apprehensive of buying a refurbished unit, but this had everything I was looking for less than 1/2 the price of a new one. The only thing I can see that would even let me know that it was a used unit is a little wear on the left touchpad button and the charger port is a little loose. Luckily it also charges with a USB C connection so it's not really an issue. I am very happy with this unit and would recommend it to anyone who wants a light workhorse laptop.

It is cosmetically gorgeous and the performance is exactly what I need for my work, browsing, and streaming. Microsoft suite runs perfectly as does everything I've installed. The screen colors are really pleasant on my eyes. I give presentations in different locations and haven't had a single issue with the A/V equipment in any location I've taken it, unlike other computers (including ones issued by corporate and supposedly set up for company locations).
