    Decent quality it's polymer so I guess 3d printed not sure but it is uneven on left side not very noticeable but. Processing and shipping took way too long. From order to arrival took 10 days and didn't come from outside US so no Customs delay infact I ordered something Sametime that arrived faster and it did come from outside US and I recieved it faster. But this product is quality and easily installed so only prob lies with merchant processing and who they choose to partner with for shipping

    The product is not 3D printed, but injection molded. We shipped on time, but USPS ran slow for some reason. We offer FREE SHIPPING, and per our listing detail we use USPS for that service. The buyer always has the opportunity at checkout to purchase shipping through UPS or Fedex for an additional charge. We are unable to offer this product at this low price if we used a more expensive carrier, and most likely the buyer would not have purchased it if we charged $10 more for that service.
