The forward level seems to hang a little when releasing it because it wants to keep going forward a little. It's probably a matter of getting used to. One battery was charged to 2 lights, the other had a red light. The charger works pretty fast. It will do what I intended for it to do. I'm 75 and don't want to pull start a gas mower anymore
