The seller did not take the extra step and place item in a shipping box or some kind of bubble mailer. They just put the shipping label on the original box and sent it out. Since this was a gift, it was impossible to rip the shipping label off. I had to get a generic gift box and re-box the knife. I did contact the seller and they blamed it on USPS. *Packaging is not the responsibility of USPS.*
